GMS Lions have lots of social trips  . Our latest one is the Bombay Sapphire Gin Factory to  uncover the secrets of the world-famous gin. Behind the doors of the historic distillery, Laverstoke Mill in rural Hampshire, you can unveil the care, skill and artistry behind every drop of Bombay Sapphire.

The River Test flows through the site creating unique wetland habitat throughout the distillery. The Test is the purest chalk-stream in the UK with many native species inhabiting the river and surrounding wetlands

Once inside the distillery  we had a guided tour. we took in all the smells.

Then it was time to sample some of the gin and other delights in mill bar.
